When you utilize our services, you understand and agree that in the event any executive, advocate, employee, contractor, or affiliated service provider is requested to participate in a deposition, mediation, or any pre-court, court or court proceedings, you are responsible for covering travel time, expenses, room and board, along with a rate of $250.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. An agreed-upon estimated retainer amount must be paid in advance of participation, and the final bill will be presented for refund or payment within 24 hours, with payment required within the subsequent 24 hours. Late payments will incur an 8 percent interest charge.
